I think the front page should have a section pointing to current proposals up for review for submission into the Phobos library.  For example, Alex Rønne Petersen is currently in the midst of reviewing/testing and getting feedback for the new [https://github.com/alexrp/phobos/tree/new-std-process-update std.process] module by Lars T. Kyllingstad and Steven Schveighoffer.  These reviews can get easily lost in forum noise and i think a wiki page dedicated to these proposals might make things easier.  The article can contain a table of proposals (both live and accepted/rejected) with links to specialized pages such as "Review/std.process" where the lead reviewer can post a summary and relavent links and the participants discuss changes etc...

I think the front page should have a section pointing to current proposals up for review for submission into the Phobos library. For example, Alex Rønne Petersen is currently in the midst of reviewing/testing and getting feedback for the new std.process module by Lars T.

Here is the example: Review Queue If nobody likes it we can always just delete it
